Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer reliable shipping options to ensure your home decor arrives safely. Your shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently, we offer the following options:

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier issues out of our control.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Urban Nest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Urban Nest items as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support.urbannest.store@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
